Key responsibilities:
Lance is responsible for leading the Fixed Income team and is the Portfolio Manager of the Premier Fixed Income Fund. He is also a member of the Executive team.

Lance joined the company in 1998 following the merger with Norwich Investment Management, where he had been Head of Fixed Interest since 1992. Prior to that, Lance held positions at Westpac, Bank of Melbourne and ANZ.

| George Wong - Investment Manager, Credit |

Key responsibilities:
George is Portfolio Manager of the Income Plus Growth Fund. He is also a member of the Credit Research team, which is responsible for the research and selection of high yield securities. In this role, George also works closely with our Equities team on the equities component of the Income Plus Growth Fund.

George joined the company in 1998 following the merger with Norwich Investment Management, where he worked as a Performance Analyst.

Key responsibilities:
Teddi is a member of the High Yield Fund investment team. Teddi also updates and maintains economic analysis for the group.

Teddi completed his Bachelor of Engineering and Commerce in 1999 from The University of Melbourne and his thesis for his Master of Finance in 2000.
